Terms and Conditions

INVENTORY: All items on site are previously owned by collectors and may not be in new condition.  Items for sale are sometimes goods consigned to Farm Road Miniatures by the artist and/or collector and all permissions have been granted to sell on their behalf.

ITEM CONDITION: Pictures of the items listed for sale are the actual photograph of the item and fully represent what is included as the complete item being sold.

ITEM STORAGE: Items are often decades years old and have been stored in various conditions.  Item packaging may have dust, pet dander, and tobacco smoke residue from the previous owners.  Farm Road Miniatures stores all items in a smoke free and dry environment but there is a store dog and cat on premises.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE: We have attempted to describe any known defects to the item but cannot guarantee that all defects are known and have been clearly identified.  If the customer finds a defect at the time the order is received, and the defect is not caused by shipping damage, then every attempt will be made to successfully resolve the issue.

PAYMENT:  Payment is accepted via GoDaddy Secured Payment Platform.  We accept PayPal Goods & Services, Apple Pay, Credit & Debit Cards, and Check or Money Orders.  All transactions are secure and no payment information is shared or stored with the merchant.

SHIPPING RATES:  Shipping charges are weight based and Orders are charged per the current rate schedule published by Pirate Ship.  Rates are subject to change.  We will do our best to ship via the cheapest method and if there is a savings in excess of $3.00 then credit will be referenced on the order and available for future orders.  If order payment is made via PayPal, then the shipping credit will be refunded via PayPal.

SHIPPING TERMS: All orders ship with tracking and insurance is required on each order.  In the event, of shipping damage or lost packages, an insurance claim will be filed with the shipping company and the order will be refunded in accordance with the insurance settlement.

PACKAGING:  We utilize a combination of new and recycled packaging materials to properly ensure that your order is safe and secure in transit.

BULK ORDERS: If you are interested in a bulk order with discounted pricing, please email genia@farmroadminiatures.com to discuss items and order arrangement.

ARTISTIC CREDIT: All products will be given artisan credit when artisan or manufacturer is known.  

WEBSITE OPERATION: Website and Online Store are operated on the GoDaddy Platform.  Farm Road Miniatures will not be liable for any issues that may arise due to information errors, domain errors, or services provided by GoDaddy.

USER BEHAVIOR:  At no time will hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, unlawful behavior, etc. be allowed on this site.  User accounts will be disabled if behavior guidelines are violated.
